Ozempic Side Effects
What is Ozempic?
Ozempic is a once-weekly injectable medication used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults. It is also approved for use in conjunction with diet and exercise to help people with obesity lose weight. Ozempic contains the active ingredient semaglutide, which is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. GLP-1 is a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels and appetite.
